I offer individual therapy, group therapy, and consultation services. Individual therapy is available for people across the lifespan, while groups may be offered around specific needs or shared experiences. Consultation is also available for families, caregivers, and organizations looking for additional guidance or support.

I believe therapy should feel personal, comfortable, and genuinely helpful. I take the time to get to know you, understand what’s going on in your life, and figure out what works for you. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach here.
More than anything, I want therapy to feel like a conversation with someone you can trust and be yourself with.

Individual therapy sessions are $150 per session. Pricing for group therapy and consultation services may vary depending on the service being provided.
Everstead Therapy Group is a private-pay practice and does not bill or utilize insurance. I believe in being upfront about cost, so you'll always know what to expect before scheduling. If you have questions about fees or payment options, feel free to reach out.

Therapy with me is pretty relaxed and conversational. You can expect me to listen, ask questions, and be honest with you when it’s helpful. We’ll work together to figure out what you need from therapy, and we can adjust along the way as those needs change.
You don’t need to show up knowing exactly what to talk about. We’ll figure it out together.
